Rice Raisin Pudding

Ingredients
  Milk 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Raw white rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Golden raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1
Directions

1. Heat milk to boiling in a large saucepan. Add rice, sugar, and salt; stir and bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 45 minutes. Stir in raisins. Continue cooking about 15 minutes, or until rice is entirely soft when a kernel is pressed between fingers, and mixture is very thick and creamy.
2. Remove from heat. Spoon into individual serving dishes and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
