|Fresh orange juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Pint|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Walnut meats||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), finely chopped|
Mix fruit juices and sugar.
When sugar is dissolved, turn into mold.
Then whip cream; add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts.
Spoon on top of juices.
When frozen, unmold, slice, and serve.
