Manhattan Pudding

Ingredients
  Fresh orange juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Pint
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Walnut meats 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), finely chopped
Directions

Mix fruit juices and sugar.
When sugar is dissolved, turn into mold.
Then whip cream; add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts.
Spoon on top of juices.
Freeze.
When frozen, unmold, slice, and serve.
