Saucepan Rice Pudding

Ingredients
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Long grain rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In medium heavy saucepan bring milk to boiling; stir in uncooked rice, raisins, and salt.
Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, till most of the milk is absorbed, 30 to 40 minutes.
Spoon into dessert dishes.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with a mixture of the sugar and cinnamon
