Apple & Bread Pudding
|White bread slice||1 , cubed|
|Apple||1 , cored, pared and diced|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Spray 2-cup casserole dish with release agent.
Arrange cubed bread and diced apple in the casserole; set aside.
Combine milk, egg, sweetener to taste and vanilla.
Pour over bread and apple (be sure bread is well moistened).
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nuts.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes (until lightly browned and knife inserted in center comes out clean).
Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes1
