Coconut Cream Pudding

Ingredients
  Commercial sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Instant vanilla pudding 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Toasted coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine sour cream and milk.
Stir in pudding; blend, until mixture is smooth and slightly thickened.
Stir in coconut, reserving a few tablespoonfuls for garnish.
Chill 10 to 20 min., until pudding sets.
