Baked Rice Raisin Pudding

|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Rice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Scald milk and mix with remaining ingredients.
Pour into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake in a 325° F.oven about 2 1/2 hours.
Stir occasionally, but do not stir during the last half-hour of baking.
