Chocolate Fudge Rice Pudding

Ingredients
  Chocolate flavored sugar free instant pudding mix 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cold cooked rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Mint sprigs 6
Directions

Prepare pudding as directed on package.
Chill to completely set.
Fold in cooked rice.
Spoon into six dessert glasses.
Refrigerate to keep cold.
Just before serving, garnish with mint leaves.
