|Crushed pineapple||8 Ounce, unsweetened|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Package)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Concentrated aspartame||1 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Non fat milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Drain the liquid from the canned pineapple into a saucepan; sprinkle the gelatin over it to soften.
Bring to a boil and stir until dissolved.
Use a blender or food processor to combine with all the other ingredients.
Pour into individual dishes.
Chill until set.
