Creamy Pumpkin Pudding

|Pumpkin||1 Cup (16 tbs), pureed|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butterscotch flavored instant pudding mix||1 (sugar-free)|
Combine pumpkin and water in a saucepan or microwave bowl.
Heat on high until boiling.
Remove from heat and chill thoroughly.
Whisk or beat in pudding mix.
Spoon into four dessert dishes.
