|Unsweetened cocoa powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Nonfat milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Combine the sugar, acesulfame-K, cocoa, and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Add about 1/2 cup (125 mL) milk.
Stir with a wire whisk until dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Add the remaining milk and vanilla extract.
Cook, stirring occasionally until thick, about 5 minutes.
Cool before serving.
