Hot Fudge Pudding
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar replacement||3 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Bitter chocolate square||3 Ounce|
|White vinegar||2 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Liquid shortening||2 Teaspoon|
|Granulated brown sugar replacement||2 Teaspoon|
|Boiling water||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
Sift flour, granulated sugar replacement, baking soda and salt into medium mixing bowl.
Melt 1 square of the bitter chocolate.
Add vinegar, milk, shortening and the melted chocolate to flour mixture; stir to blend.
Pour into well greased 8 in. (20 cm) sq. baking dish, and sprinkle with brown sugar replacement.
Add remaining chocolate to the boiling water; heat until chocolate is melted.
Pour chocolate-water mixture over pudding batter, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
