Maple Raisin Pudding
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Maple flavor||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla flavored sugar free instant pudding mix||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Non dairy whipped topping||4 Teaspoon (Prepared)|
Combine raisins and water in a nonstick saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat; cool to room temperature.
Stir in maple flavoring.
Drain raisin water into a bowl.
Add pudding mix, stirring as directed on package.
Spoon into dessert dishes or wine glasses in three layers: raisins, maple pudding, and a dab of dairy topping.
