Maple Raisin Pudding

Ingredients
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Maple flavor 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla flavored sugar free instant pudding mix 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Non dairy whipped topping 4 Teaspoon (Prepared)
Directions

Combine raisins and water in a nonstick saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat; cool to room temperature.
Stir in maple flavoring.
Drain raisin water into a bowl.
Add pudding mix, stirring as directed on package.
Spoon into dessert dishes or wine glasses in three layers: raisins, maple pudding, and a dab of dairy topping.
