Low Calorie Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
  Cocoa 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), replacing
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine cocoa, sugar replacement, cornstarch and salt in saucepan; stir in milk.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
Reduce heat; cook and stir 4 minutes more.
Remove from heat.
Stir small amount of hot cocoa mixture into beaten egg; pour egg mixture back into cocoa mixture.
Stir to blend.
Return saucepan to heat; cook 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat; add margarine and vanilla.
