|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
Peel and chop papayas.
Puree fruit in a food processor or blender.
Blend in honey and lemon juice.
In a medium-size bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
Fold in papaya mixture.
