Christmas Caramel Pineapple Pudding
|Condensed milk||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Lime juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla essence||1 Teaspoon|
|Caramel pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Beat the condensed milk, milk and egg yolks. Mix properly.
Add essence and lime juice.
Pour it into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
Chop the pineapple into small pieces and add 6 tbsp of sugar and 1/2 cup of water. Pressure cook it for 15 minutes.
Take out the baked pudding. Caramelized 2 tbsp of sugar in a vessel and add to the pineapple mixture.
Spread the mixture evenly on the baked pudding.
Beat the egg whites along with little sugar.
Spread this egg white mixture evenly on the baked pudding and bake for 5 minutes.
Refrigerate the pudding for 30 minutes. Your caramel pineapple pudding is ready.
