Easy Rice Pudding
|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Vanilla pudding mix||3 Ounce (cook and serve)|
|Instant rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In a saucepan, combine the first five ingredients; bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla.
Cool for 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Spoon into individual serving dishes
