Basic Rice Pudding

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (cooked)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F.
In a 2-quart casserole, beat together eggs and honey.
Beat in milk and vanilla.
Stir in rice, raisins, and cinnamon.
Bake on middle shelf of oven for about 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
