Basic Tapioca Pudding
|Tapioca||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (quick-cooking)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Vanilla extract||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In a large saucepan, combine tapioca, milk, honey, and egg.
Set aside for 5 minutes.
Bring milk mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, and add vanilla.
Cool for 20 minutes.
Stir well, and turn into a medium-size bowl.
