Baked Banana Puddings
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground|
|Cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground|
|Cloves||1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground|
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Place 6 custard cups in a roasting pan that will accommodate them comfortably.
Place ingredients in a blender container in the order given, and process until well blended.
Pour mixture into custard cups.
Place pan in oven; add hot water to pan up to 1/2 inch from top of custard cups.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until a table knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
