Yummy Rice Pudding is simply irresistible. I served it recently for a party and the guests are still calling up and asking for the recipe! Don€™t miss this wonderful Rice Pudding recipe!
Ingredients
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Long grain rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In heavy 1 1/2-quart saucepan combine milk, uncooked rice, sugar, raisins (if desired), vanilla, and salt.
Bring to boiling.
Reduce heat and cook, covered, over very low heat till rice is tender and milk is absorbed, 45 to 50 minutes; stir frequently.
