Creamy Rice Pudding
|Milk||250 Milliliter (1 cup)|
|Vanilla extract||5 Milliliter (1 teaspoon)|
|Honey||80 Milliliter (1/3 cup)|
|Long grained rice||2 Cup (32 tbs) (fast cooking)|
|Raisins||80 Milliliter (1/3 cup)|
|Cinnamon||2 Milliliter (1/2 teaspoon)|
– Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
– Mix together eggs, milk, vanilla, and honey; stir in all other ingredients, except yogurt.
– Spread mixture in a square 8 inch (20 cm) pan and bake for 25 minutes, stirring from time to time. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
