Ingredients
  Tofu 1 Pound, crumbled (450 Gram)
  Whole wheat bread slices 7
  Milk 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Maple syrup 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cup)
  Raisins 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Cinnamon 1 Pinch
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
Directions

–  Preheat oven to 325 °F (160 °C).
–  In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into an oven-proof dish and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
