|Tofu||1 Pound, crumbled (450 Gram)|
|Whole wheat bread slices||7|
|Milk||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Maple syrup||375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cup)|
|Raisins||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Eggs||2 , lightly beaten|
– Preheat oven to 325 °F (160 °C).
– In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into an oven-proof dish and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
