Ingredients
  Quick cooking brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Original)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned crushed pineapple in juice 8 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Instant vanilla pudding mix 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Canned shredded sweetened coconut 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can / 1 1/3 Cups)
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), toasted
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In medium saucepan, prepare rice according to package directions using water and salt.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients; add cooked rice to pudding mixture, stirring to combine.
