|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned crushed pineapple in juice||8 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Instant vanilla pudding mix||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Canned shredded sweetened coconut||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can / 1 1/3 Cups)|
|Coarsely chopped walnuts||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), toasted|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
In medium saucepan, prepare rice according to package directions using water and salt.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients; add cooked rice to pudding mixture, stirring to combine.
