|Tapioca||180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Granulated sweetener||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Maple syrup||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
Blend soy beverage powder and water in double boiler.
Mix with wire whisk.
Add tapioca and cook the mixture in the double boiler until thickened.
Add Devansweet and maple syrup.
Transfer the pudding to a covered container and refrigerate until chilled.
The pudding will thicken slightly as it chills.
