Tapioca Pudding

I should have made this Tapioca Pudding long before. You must try Tapioca Pudding. It is so different and yet so tasty. Try your hands at this one. Mouth-watering!
Ingredients
  Vanilla bean soy beverage powder 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Water 720 Milliliter (3 Cups)
  Tapioca 180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Granulated sweetener 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Maple syrup 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
Directions

Blend soy beverage powder and water in double boiler.
Mix with wire whisk.
Add tapioca and cook the mixture in the double boiler until thickened.
Add Devansweet and maple syrup.
Mix well.
Transfer the pudding to a covered container and refrigerate until chilled.
The pudding will thicken slightly as it chills.
