Apple-Raisin Pudding is healthy and at the same time is still delicious. Apple-Raisin Pudding is a great pudding recipe of mine which gives me a 5 from anyone who has tried it. A great pudding you will love!
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Kasha 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup, Fine Or Medium Granulation)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon (4 Milliliter)
  Butter/Margarine 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Water 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Eggs 2
  Brown sugar 60 Milliliter (Firmly Packed, 1/4 Cup)
  Tart apple 240 Milliliter, peeled and chopped (1 Cup)
  Raisins 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)

Combine beaten egg, kasha and salt.
In medium-size frying pan, cook mixture in butter 3 minutes, or until lightly toasted, stirring often.
Stir in water; bring to boil.
Cook, tightly covered, over low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat; cool, uncovered, about 15 minutes.
In medium bowl, beat eggs with sugar.
Stir in apples, raisins, lemon rind, juice and kasha mixture.
Pour into well-oiled 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes or until center appears firm.
