Bread Pudding

This is one of those great bread pudding recipes. You will fall head over heels in love with this Bread pudding recipe. I am sure you will make it almost every other day from the day you try it!
Ingredients
  Eggs/5 egg whites 3 , beaten
  Soft tofu 10 Ounce, mashed (300 Gram)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)
  Granulated sweetener 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Stale bread 960 Milliliter, cubed (4 Cups, Grain, Raisin Or Whole Wheat)
  Instant soy beverage 240 Milliliter, reconstituted (1 Cup)
  Nuts 120 Milliliter (And Or Raisins, 1/2 Cup)
Directions

Mix eggs and tofu in an 8x8-inch baking pan.
Add vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and Devanswet.
Add cubed bread to tofu mix, then soy beverage.
If desired, add nuts and/or raisins.
Mix well.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 50 minutes or until center is set.
