This unique Rhubarb Crunch recipe is brilliant. I served it for a few unexpected guests last week and they loved it. I have been giving its recipe to all of them ever since. Try this Rhubarb Crunch for yourself.
Ingredients
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sifted flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rolled oats 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fat 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Rhubarb 4 Cup (64 tbs), diced
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Thoroughly mix A ingredients and press half this mixture into greased pan.
2. Cover with 4 cups rhubarb (B).
3. Combine sugar and cornstarch, stir in water (C).
4. Cook till clear and add vanilla.
5. Pour over rhubarb.
6. Top with remaining crumbs and bake.
