|Sifted flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rolled oats||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Fat||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Rhubarb||4 Cup (64 tbs), diced|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Thoroughly mix A ingredients and press half this mixture into greased pan.
2. Cover with 4 cups rhubarb (B).
3. Combine sugar and cornstarch, stir in water (C).
4. Cook till clear and add vanilla.
5. Pour over rhubarb.
6. Top with remaining crumbs and bake.
