Ingredients
  Gelatin 1 Tablespoon, dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Vanilla 3 Drop
  Egg yolks 3 , beaten
Directions

Cool, and when it begins to set, add 3 egg whites beaten stiff.
Cook until it thickens like custard.
