|Gelatin||1 Tablespoon, dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salt||To Taste (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
|Egg yolks||3 , beaten|
Cool, and when it begins to set, add 3 egg whites beaten stiff.
Cook until it thickens like custard.
