  Suet 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Molasses 4 Tablespoon
  Melted butter 3 Tablespoon
  Icing sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

If sour milk is used, use 1 teaspoon soda instead of baking powder.
Steam 1 1/2 hours.
