Spiced Christmas Pudding
|Plain flour||2 Ounce|
|Mixed dried fruit||1 Pound|
|Grated nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mixed spice||1 Teaspoon|
|Brandy/Other spirit||4 Tablespoon|
Sift the dry ingredients together and add all the other ingredients, mixing thoroughly to a fairly soft mixture.
Steam 4 hours the first time, and then 2-3 hours before using.
To store put a fresh piece of paper on top and cover with a cloth.
Store in a cool, dry place.
