New England Bread Pudding is a dessert that can be prepared in nearly no time. Try this New England Bread Pudding; I am sure you will have a huge fan following for this one!
Ingredients
  Milk 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry bread cubes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Mace 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Seedless raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thinly sliced citron 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to moderate (375° F.).
2. Scald the milk, add the butter and pour the hot liquid over the bread cubes. Soak about five minutes, then add the sugar, eggs, sherry and spices. Add the raisins and citron.
3. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish. Set the dish in a pan of hot water and bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, or one hour.
