Chocolate Bread Pudding

Learn how to make delicious chocolate bread pudding. Chocolate bread pudding tastes sweet and comes in a whole lot of variatins, but this is probably one of the best you can get. Don't miss out on it!
  Soft breadcrumbs 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped pecans/Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Combine breadcrumbs, cocoa, and pecans, stirring well; set aside.
Beat eggs with a wire whisk until foamy; gradually add sugar, beating well 1 minute.
Stir in milk, vanilla, salt, and breadcrumb mixture.
Pour mixture into a lightly greased 1 3/4 quart casserole.
Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
