Chocolate Sundae Pudding

Ingredients
  Regular all purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened cocoa 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Melted butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Sift flour, measure, and sift again with baking powder, salt, cocoa, and sugar into a mixing bowl.
Add the milk, nuts, butter, and vanilla; blend well.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch-square baking pan.
Spread topping evenly over the first mixture.
Pour 1 cup boiling water over all.
Do not stir.
Bake in a 350° oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until slightly crusty on top and firm.
A pudding will form on top, with a fudge sauce layer below.
