Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Bread slices 4 , cut into cubes
  Grated ontario medium cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In well buttered casserole, place alternate layers of cubes and cheese.
Pour mixture over this.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 325° F., placing casserole in pan of water.
