Cheddar And Rye Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  Rye bread slices with caraway seeds 4 , cut into 1 -inch cubes
  Shredded low fat cheddar cheese 6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green onion with tops 3 , chopped
  Eggs 2 Large
  Egg whites 2 Large
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Ground red pepper/Cayenne to taste 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1 Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Grease a 1 1/2 quart bakingdish.
In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, cheese, milk, green onions, eggs, egg whites, mustard, and red pepper.
2 Pour the mixture into the baking dish, cover, and place in a larger baking dish or pan; add enough hot water to come halfway up the sides.
Bake for 45 minutes, then un-coverand bake 30 minutes longer or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
