Cheese And Ham Pudding
|Chopped ham||4 Ounce|
|Garlic/1 onion slice||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Pint (For Garnish)|
|Sliced cooked tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||3 Ounce|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Rub saucepan with cut clove of garlic or onion.
Put the milk into a saucepan, heat with the crumbs and butter, add cheese, ham, seasoning.
Add beaten eggs.
Pour into baking dish and cook for approximately 35 minutes in centre of moderate oven (375 °F.-Gas Mark 4) until golden brown and firm.
Quickly arrange garnish on top as this pudding is inclined to sink slightly.
