Hot Fudge Pudding
|Self rising flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs), divided|
|Cocoa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), divided|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar, and 2 tablespoons cocoa; stir in milk, butter, and vanilla.
Pour mixture into a 9-inch square baking pan.
Combine remaining cup of sugar, remaining 2 tablespoons cocoa, and salt; sprinkle over flour mixture.
Pour water over top; bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
