Apple Walnut Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  White bread slice 4 (Firm Textured)
  Margarine 2 Teaspoon, melted
  Apples 2 Medium, chopped
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Low fat milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg substitute 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), frozen
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar free pudding and pie filling 10 Ounce (One 4 Serving Size Package, Jell O Brand Vanilla Flavor)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon, divided
Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.
Lightly brush bread with margarine; cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Place cubes in shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Add apples and walnuts; toss lightly.
Pour milk, egg substitute and vanilla into large mixing bowl.
Beat with wire whisk until well blended.
Add pudding mix and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; whisk until well blended.
Pour over bread mixture; sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.
Bake 30 minutes.
Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
