Vanilla Pudding Grahamwiches
|Skim milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Instant pudding and pie||1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Package Jello Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free)|
|Miniature marshmallows||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling)|
|Cinnamon graham crackers||22 , broken|
|Semi sweet chocolate square||2 , shaved/grated (Bakers)|
Pour milk into large mixing bowl.
Add pudding mix.
Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Gently stir in whipped topping and marshmallows.
For each sandwich, spread about 2 tablespoons pudding mixture onto each of 2 graham cracker squares.
Lightly press graham crackers together to form sandwich.
Repeat with remaining graham crackers and pudding mixture.
Press edges of each sandwich into chocolate to coat.
Wrap each sandwich with plastic wrap.
Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.
Remove grahamwiches from freezer about 5 mimutes before serving.
Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly.
