China Grass Pudding

This China Grass Pudding makes an excellent dessert ! Try out this sweet custard. Let me know if you like this China Grass Pudding.
Ingredients
  China grass 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 6 Teaspoon
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Cook the china grass in the water on a moderate fire for about ten minutes, till it melts.
Remove from the fire and add milk and sugar.
Replace on a moderate fire, stirring continuously so that the milk does not toil over.
When it becomes quite thick, remove from the fire.
Add flavoring (e.g., rose water, vanilla or pineapple) when cool.
Stir, pour into a mould and chill.
Pineapple or mango pieces added before chilling would make this pudding more interesting.
