Ingredients
  Cooked rice 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Low calorie sugar substitute 1 Teaspoon (Equivalent To 2 Tablespoons Sugar)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ripe banana 1
  Whipping cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), whipped
  Kiwifruit 2 , sliced (For Garnish)
Directions

Cook rice and milk in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until thick and creamy, 5 to 8 minutes, stirring frequendy.
Remove from heat; cool.
Stir in vanilla and sugar substitute.
