|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Pint|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Pint|
|Dark brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Soft, Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Lightly whip the cream and blend with the yogurt.
Put the mixture in a 1 1/4 pint (750 ml) glass dish or four individual glasses.
Sprinkle the top with a 1/4 inch layer of sugar.
Leave overnight in the refrigerator.
Sprinkle again with more sugar before serving well chilled.
