Orange Rice Cream
|Short grain pudding rice||125 Gram|
|Skimmed milk||600 Milliliter|
|Finely grated orange rind||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly squeezed orange juice||250 Milliliter|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Skimmed milk||125 Milliliter (Extra)|
|Sliced strawberries||8 (For Garnish)|
Place te rice, milk, orange rid, orange juice, honey and cinnamon in a large saucepan.
Bring mixture to the boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes or until rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
Stir in extra milk and cook until almost absorbed.
Spoon into serving glasses and decorate with strawberries.
