Fruit Bread Pudding

Fruit Bread Pudding is simple and easy to make. Fruit Bread Pudding gets its taste from bread mixed with milk and vanilla. Fruit Bread Pudding is loved by many people.
  Cubed whole wheat bread 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Diced dried fruit/Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cholesterol free egg product 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Healthy Choice)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon

In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, combine bread and fruit.
In small bowl, combine milk, egg product, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg.
Pour milk mixture over bread.
Bake in 350°F oven for 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
