Fruit Bread Pudding
|Cubed whole wheat bread||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Diced dried fruit/Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cholesterol free egg product||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Healthy Choice)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, combine bread and fruit.
In small bowl, combine milk, egg product, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg.
Pour milk mixture over bread.
Bake in 350°F oven for 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
