Tally Ho Tomato Pudding

Ingredients
  Light brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bread cubes 2 Cup (32 tbs), crusts removed
  Melted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine brown sugar, tomato puree and water and cook 5 minutes.
While tomato mixture is cooking, put bread cubes in a casserole and pour butter over.
Add tomato mixture.
Bake in a 325°F oven 50 minutes.
