Coffee Scotch Pudding
|Butterscotch pudding mix||4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Instant coffee crystals||2 Teaspoon|
|Soft bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Dash|
In a saucepan combine pudding mix and coffee crystals.
Prepare pudding mix according to the package directions.
Pour into 4 dessert, dishes.
Chill in refrigerator until serving time.
In small skillet combine the bread crumbs, sugar, butter, and cinnamon.
Cook and stir over low heat till crumbs are browned and crisp.
Just before serving, sprinkle crumbs over pudding.
