Honey Quart Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients
  Pumpkin 1 Can (10 oz)
  Light cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipped cream 4 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
Directions

In glass mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, cream, eggs, honey, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Cook on defrost (4) for 18 to 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring every 4 minutes with wire whip to smooth.
Fold in chopped nuts.
