Fudge Pudding

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Unsweetened chocolate 2 Ounce, melted and cooled (2 Squares)
  Sifted flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 2
Directions

Cream sugar, vegetable shortening, and egg yolks.
Add chocolate and mix well.
Stir in flour and vanilla.
Add salt to egg whites and beat until stiff; fold into chocolate mixture.
Pour into greased 8x8x2 inch baking pan.
Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
