Butterscotch Pudding Cookies
|Shortening||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butterscotch pudding||4 Ounce|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Quick cooking oatmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream of tartar||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cream butter, pudding and egg together.
Add balance of ingredients and mix well.
Drop on greased cookie sheet, flatten with a fork, and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.
