English Plum Pudding

Ingredients
  Seeded raisins 1 Pound
  Currants 1 Pound
  Seedless raisins 1 Pound
  Mixed peel 1 Pound
  Suet 1 Pound
  Bread loaf 1 , broken into crumbs, crusts removed
  Eggs 6
  Ale 20 Ounce (Adjust Quantity As Needed, Enough To Moisten)
  Grated nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Almond flavor 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash and dry fruit, and flour it.
Chop peel, suet, and crumb bread.
Mix together.
Beat eggs well and add spices and ale.
Grease bowls well, pack pudding in tightly, cover with waxed paper and tie in cloth.
Steam 6 to 7 hours - less if done in small bowls
